Why Our Work Matters
Across the United States, many young people face barriers that limit their opportunities for growth and success. Research shows that one in three youth grow up without a mentor, while young people living in high-poverty communities are significantly more likely to become disconnected from education and employment opportunities. Through mentorship, leadership development, educational support, and community engagement, PASEFIKA NEXTGEN seeks to help bridge these gaps and empower emerging leaders to reach their full potential.
